Library

Mondays are a fun day when its usually just me and Carter, and I try to do something fun! This week we went to the library. He loves books! Carter is just talking like crazy these days. But everytime he's not getting what he wants he says "Be nice to me momma" or "you're being rude" He is such a funny, and sweet boy. I love him SO MUCH!

Jordan turns 8!

Last weekend we celebrated Jordan's birthday. First we went to Hollywood Connections (Jordan's request) Those boys love playing games! The kids played games. James, Jordan and Josh played Lazer Tag while Ava and I went on some of the little rides. We had lots of fun.

Next we went to Applebees for dinner. They came and sang Happy Birthday to Jordan and he got a dessert. The kids were super wound up and it was a little crazy. But so fun!

On Sunday we went to James' mom's house for cake, ice cream and presents!

What a fun time. Happy Birthday Jordan!

The Honeymoon

We had so much fun spending uninterrupted time together. Friday night we had dinner with our families after the ceremony at Olive Garden. We stayed at Little America and in the morning had their delicious breakfast buffet.

 Little America
James collects autographs and on Saturday morning we went across the street to Grand America where the Spurs were staying, and got some autographs as they got on the bus.

James and I love going to Antique Stores. So we looked for them along the way. Here is one in Fillmore which was on tv. American Pickers I think.

James also taught me how to shoot a gun :) Another hobby of his. It was super fun.

We stopped at Cove Fort along our way. James had never been there and being a history buff, he loved it. When they found out we were newlyweds they had a ceremony for us and I got a "prairie diamond" which is a nail bent into the shape of a ring. I think I'll stick with my real diamonds, thank you.

We stopped again in Nevada to shoot again.

It took us 6 hours to get to Cedar City because we were having so much fun along the way. But we ended up at this cute Bed and Breakfast in Cedar City called Amid Summer's Inn.

In Vegas we stayed at The Riviera. It was decent. Our room got upgraded, and they had a nice pool which I enjoyed at least a little.

We went to Gold and Silver Pawn which is where Pawn Stars is filmed.

And we found another antiques store

At Bellagio on the way to see the water show.

We also went to a show called The Illusionist which is a magic show, it was pretty fun. Kinda cheesy. After the show we ate at a British Pub (because we had a free dinner from the hotel) It was funny because we had no idea what the items on the menu were. Like "Bubble and Squeak" and "Banger" and "Spotted Dick" We googled a few of the menu items while we waited, and laughed. A lot.

And of course on the way back to Salt Lake we went shooting. Again.

What fun we had! I can't wait for the adventures we have ahead of us!
