Little America
James collects autographs and on Saturday morning we went across the street to Grand America where the Spurs were staying, and got some autographs as they got on the bus.
James and I love going to Antique Stores. So we looked for them along the way. Here is one in Fillmore which was on tv. American Pickers I think.
James also taught me how to shoot a gun :) Another hobby of his. It was super fun.
We stopped at Cove Fort along our way. James had never been there and being a history buff, he loved it. When they found out we were newlyweds they had a ceremony for us and I got a "prairie diamond" which is a nail bent into the shape of a ring. I think I'll stick with my real diamonds, thank you.
We stopped again in Nevada to shoot again.
It took us 6 hours to get to Cedar City because we were having so much fun along the way. But we ended up at this cute Bed and Breakfast in Cedar City called Amid Summer's Inn.
In Vegas we stayed at The Riviera. It was decent. Our room got upgraded, and they had a nice pool which I enjoyed at least a little.
We went to Gold and Silver Pawn which is where Pawn Stars is filmed.
And we found another antiques store
At Bellagio on the way to see the water show.
We also went to a show called The Illusionist which is a magic show, it was pretty fun. Kinda cheesy. After the show we ate at a British Pub (because we had a free dinner from the hotel) It was funny because we had no idea what the items on the menu were. Like "Bubble and Squeak" and "Banger" and "Spotted Dick" We googled a few of the menu items while we waited, and laughed. A lot.
And of course on the way back to Salt Lake we went shooting. Again.
What fun we had! I can't wait for the adventures we have ahead of us!
